Why is it that everything looks like Marshmallow Peeps this time of year? Not only are they filling the front aisles of just about every store I go into (including stores that don’t primarily sell food), but the peep color palette seems to be HUGE this Spring. (My Peep Pink skinny jeans being one of said seasonal purchases.)
I for one do not understand why candy has to accompany every single holiday season. I understand why alcohol has to accompany holidays (in-laws, alcoholism in general), but candy? I guess nothing says the morning after XYZ holiday than a bloated gut and a raging hangover.
Today I decided to mix the colors of Peep with some great Casual Friday picks. Throw on a simple white tee, a cigarette pant and a smile and you are good to go. Happy Weekend to you all!
