After a wondrous four days in Spain, we made our way over to France and to the small town Aix-en-Provence. We spent most of the morning strolling the town on an architectural tour and, once again, nibbling on bites from small shops and local vendors.

After a bad night of sleep with the rough seas, we came back to the ship and relaxed poolside with a few beverages… and retired quite early.
The next day we woke in Monaco and embarked on a jam-packed day of touring the “country”.

We visited the church where Grace Kelly became Princess Grace and where she rests today.
And had a superb lunch at Cafe de Paris.
We continued walking in an attempt to shop and to see the casino (which was under heavy construction, but still breath-taking inside). Unfortunately, no pictures allowed in the casino or the Prince’s Palace.

We returned to the ship after a full day in town to a very extensive tasting menu dinner.
(dress HERE) Sorry, terrible picture quality!
We returned to our stateroom to find rose petals and a sweet note from our stewardess.
If only all evenings could end like this!

That pig head, the one of the merry-go-round looks like the pig head the Jersey Rose roasted for me on my birthday. I like Mr. A’s pants, although he should try Nantucket Red.
I am not sure which pig should be more offended! Mr. A also has turquoise pants, which might make an appearance here next week. And they just came out with hot pink, which I REALLY want to get for him. He is so stylish these days!
You should start getting him into the critter pants. Such as http://bit.ly/Ih2dRL or http://bit.ly/IdPJa5. I think they would go over well in Cincy or NOLA.
“Those are so cute!” said no one.
I’m not sure seagulls and lobsters are critters. Maybe Cabela’s has some raccoon and possum critter pants. That would be much more true to the name. Anyway, love Mr. A’s bright attire.
Nutria pants!!!
Norman was a sweet pig and friend. I miss him dearly. We spent a lot of QT together…shaving, exfoliating, primping…typical spa day!
Norman (2011 – 2012)

More wonderful pics, and, darn you, I am starving! That French onion soup looked SO good. Everything in Monaco looks good! Love your striped dress & jacket, but also love your bag, which shows up in a few photos, but with no mention….. Details?
Thank you!!! If you look under the striped dress picture, you will find a link to the bag. I have it in “Sahara” but there are a bunch of other options…
